Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@smalltowntitans.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If you would like a refund for your order, please contact support@smalltowntitans.com. Please note, once your order is in the process of being fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or reordered. Also, you may be asked to provide proof of damage or receiving the wrong item. If you are granted a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
